Delete your Lunamya account

This page is the external web resource for account deletion (Google Play User Data policy). Deleting your account permanently erases associated app data. Freezing or disabling the account is not enough.

Fastest path (in the app)

  1. Open the Lunamya app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your profile, conversations with MYA, and memories are removed from our systems.

If you still have access to the app, use this path.

Request deletion from the web

Use this form if you cannot open the app. We process verified requests and delete associated user data. Typical response within 30 days (sooner when possible). We do not sell your data.

Your email app should open with a pre-filled deletion request to privacy@lunamya.com. Send that message to complete the request. We will confirm when deletion is done.

What we delete

Limited records may be retained only where law requires (for example fraud or tax). See the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Lunamya account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel Lunamya Aura in your Google Play subscription settings, or — for a subscription bought on the web — in the Dodo Payments customer portal linked from your receipt.
